Fear

I used to doubt myself as a “healer” because I thought I had to be perfect, meaning all my wounds being healed/ addressed. However, I’ve learned that this is what makes me a more powerful one. I put healer in quotation marks because I don’t heal others with magical powers. I guide my clients on a path using my skills/gifts to heal themselves. I guide them to find their inner light, their own magic. Healing and releasing old feelings, limitations and patterns is a lifelong journey. If we aren’t changing and constantly working to improve ourselves we aren’t truly living up to our full potential. It has been said F-E-A-R stands for False- Expectations- Appearing- Real. Today I am writing about fear and how it controls our thoughts, feelings and actions.
